Our grand old lady is full of surprises! As you walk through the hedged entrance, you enter into a gardeners delight. Beautiful old-fashioned, English type landscape designed to draw your attention to the magnificent wonder that awaits you. Whether you’re here for a function, a night of romance, or a quiet escape, you’re sure to find yourself immersed in a sense of peace and tranquility.

Come on in through the front door between the two peacock ordained stained glass windows to find you have stepped not only across an old hardwood doorstep, but through time itself, back to the early 1900′s when Heytesbury House was the proud Doctor’s Residence and later a local Hospital.

Each suite has been individually furnished to ensure a sense of total luxury and relaxation. Whilst keeping in the theme of yesteryear, there’s no escaping the comforts of modern day living.

Guests are encouraged to relax on leather chesterfield couches in the Drawing Room with tea and coffee making facilities, large screen TV, DVD, CD / iPod dock, books, games and puzzles.

Air conditioning and a gas log fire ensure perfect temperature all year round, with picturesque views of the garden.

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room, and choices range from continental to a full cooked menu.

Bottomless cups of Barista coffee or Twinings tea ensure you start your day just the way you like it.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement, as is a fully stocked picnic basket to enjoy on your travels around the magnificent countryside.

Our fully covered verandah with many different seating locations, offers comfortable and beautiful views of the surrounding gardens, perfect for a bottomless coffee, tea or a complimentary glass of Port.

Your hosts, Kathryn and Andrew have left nothing to chance here, with meticulous attention to fittings and furniture, with every attempt made to have Heytesbury House on show in the spirit of her years, and in style.
